How we create, verify, and maintain the content on Ratio.
Written by Legal Professionals
Every piece of content on Ratio is written or reviewed by individuals with legal training. Our editorial team includes enrolled advocates and law graduates who understand the substance behind CLAT questions — not just the format.
Fact-Checked Against Primary Sources
We verify all factual claims against primary sources:
- Consortium of NLUs official notifications and circulars.
- Individual NLU websites for cutoff, fee, and intake data.
- Government gazettes and official legal databases.
- Statutory texts and judicial decisions for legal reasoning content.
Updated When Source Material Changes
CLAT preparation content is not static. When the Consortium issues a new notification, when an NLU revises its fee structure, or when an exam pattern changes, we update our content accordingly. Every page shows a “Last updated” date.
Correction Policy
If you find an error, factual inaccuracy, or outdated information on Ratio, email us at clat@iura.in with:
The page URL
The specific error
The correct information with source (if available)
We review all correction requests and update content within 48 hours of verification.
No Sponsored or Paid Content
Ratio does not publish sponsored articles, paid reviews, or affiliate-driven recommendations. Our content exists to help you prepare, not to generate advertising revenue. When we mention a resource, book, or service, it is because we believe it has genuine value.
Editorial Independence
Our editorial decisions are made independently of commercial considerations. Programme promotions are clearly marked and separated from educational content.
