Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when you enrol with Ratio. This policy sets out the circumstances under which refunds are available and how to request one.

1. Programme Refunds

• CLAT Complete programme: Eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 10% of course content.
• CLAT Crash Course: Eligible for a full refund within 3 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 10% of course content.
• Refunds are calculated from the date of payment confirmation.

2. Mock Test Packs

• Mock test packs are non-refundable once you have attempted your first test.
• If no test has been attempted, refund requests are accepted within 7 days of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Study material downloads after access.
• Programmes where more than 10% of content has been accessed.
• Mock test packs after the first attempt.

4. How to Request a Refund

• Email clat@iura.in with your registered email address, programme name, and reason for the refund request.
• Include your payment reference or transaction ID.

5. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method via Razorpay.
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.

6. Partial Refunds

• In exceptional circumstances, Ratio may offer a partial refund at its discretion.
• Partial refunds are calculated proportionally based on unused content.

7. Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, email clat@iura.in with additional details. We aim to resolve disputes within 15 business days.
