1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Ratio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bahali Investment Group LLP.
2. Services
Ratio provides online CLAT coaching including study material, practice questions, mock tests, performance analytics, and related educational content. The scope and availability of specific features may change as we develop the platform.
3. Enrolment and Access
- Programmes are available on a subscription basis.
- Access begins upon successful payment and continues for the programme duration.
- Each account is for individual use only; sharing credentials is prohibited.
4. Payments
- All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
- Ratio reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content on Ratio — including text, questions, mock tests, analytics tools, design, and code — is the intellectual property of Bahali Investment Group LLP.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access content for personal educational use.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Sharing account credentials.
- Scraping, copying, or redistributing content.
- Using automated tools to access the platform.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer mock test algorithms or question banks.
- Harassment of other students or staff.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Ratio provides educational content and preparation tools; we do not guarantee admission to any NLU.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant programme.
- We are not liable for interruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.
8. Dispute Resolution
- Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
- The seat of arbitration shall be India.
- The language of arbitration shall be English.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
10. Modifications
Ratio may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of Ratio after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
